Soggy food on a road trip is awful. Ugh. Once I went on an extended kayaking trip only to discover all our sandwiches had gotten wet. I definitely learned from that mistake!

I actually didn’t realize there was so much behind packing a cooler! I don’t usually take one on trips just because I’m scared we’ll be left with melted ice and I won’t be able to manage it properly. Most of the time, we are able to buy cool drinks and food when we want because we hardly go camping.

But, definitely using these tips the next time we camp!
