In reply to Nancy Kim. Hm, I'm not sure. When we visited Muyil Ruins in the Yucatan Peninsula, I didn't see any tour guides at the entrance. So I wouldn't count on it.

I love visiting off the beaten path places, because everything else gets so saturated that I feel like I end up dodging the mass crowd rather than enjoying the setting. A less travelled to spot like this is right up my alley. I love that this was such a find for your family and glad that your daughter was found safe!

In reply to Marlynn | Urban Bliss Life. Those reviews aren't wrong. TBH, I think if you stay just outside Tulum, you're better off: You still get the beaches, cenotes and ruins, but without the crowds of tourists and congestion.
