I never thought of this! Great idea for sure! But for my teenagers I’ll leave the foil off and for the young ones foil windows. This way we all get up at the same time. lol It’s worth a try! 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

I remember the days when you just need them to sleep a little longer! When my kids were little they wanted to watch a little TV before bed but never wanted it to go off. We put a little vacation timer in the outlet and connected the TV to it. When the TV would magically go off, they went to bed. It even worked at home.
